A scorching hot week saw the return of the Royal Welsh show in Builth after the inevitable break from being held. However, we more than made up for its absence. The stand hosted an impressive 9 Massey Ferguson tractors and 3 Fendt’s provided by our sister company TR Machinery. We were also honoured to have with us the Jubilee Tractor, in all its purple finery. We also launched our new company hashtag #MyPughs for use by anyone posting any of our machines provided by RVW Pugh on social media.

Our staff were joined by various reps from our associated brands including BVL, Alpego and Greencrop, SIP did demonstrations for visitors.

Monday we started the event as it continued throughout the week with a strong flow of clients’ old and new visiting the stand. It was marvellous to talk to so many from near and far including a few we spoke to from Cornwall, Devon and even Ireland.

Wednesday our stand was a hive of activity as we welcomed Welsh rugby legend and Massey Ferguson ambassador Dan Lydiate to our stand to sign rugby balls for fans. The stand saw people queuing briefly for a photo and the chance to meet Dan. Our thanks to Dan for coming especially after sustaining injuries on the pitch the weekend before the show.

Thursday the show wrapped up but we were still hectic meeting and greeting visitors to the stand before we closed up for one last time.
