Established in 1978 RVW PUGH Ltd began its story in Churchstoke, Powys with Robert and Caroline Pugh, who still run the business today along with their family.
The Churchstoke depot was officially opened in 1998 and is the company Headquarters with expansion over the years taking the company to Holmes Chapel, Cheshire and Market Drayton, Shropshire. RVW Pugh specialises in Fendt and Massey Ferguson brands, selling new and used machinery. The company have in total sold 3720 tractors since 2001 when the franchises were taken on, this is without counting up the machinery as well!
It is an exciting year for the company who are celebrating 40 years in business but not only that, their franchise Massey Ferguson also celebrates 60 years. When speaking with Emma Leah, Business Manager she expressed their desire to celebrate with something a little different; ‘We wanted to do something that would stand out and celebrate our big birthday! The marketing and sales teams were really keen to go down the tractor wrap route as it could incorporate Massey Ferguson’s milestone too with both emblems being placed on the tractor. We think it looks great and can’t wait to show it off this coming show season’. The unique Massey Ferguson 6718S can be seen at RVW PUGH shows over the next five months. It will be the focal point in their special 60 Massey Fergusons for 60 years tractor run on the 22nd April and will kick off show season at the Royal Welsh Grassland event in Four Crosses, Powys on the 16th May 2018.
