RVW Pugh Ltd is a Massey Ferguson main dealer. Established in 1978 this family-run business has grown significantly over the years and due to further expansion, we are on the hunt for passionate, practical, customer service orientated people. Massey Ferguson is a true global brand with 175 years of heritage and is recognised as one of the strongest brands in the industry, 1 out of 4 tractors in the world sold being a Massey Ferguson. We are also dealers for Merlo telescopic handlers and various other quality machinery brands

We are looking for a workshop administrator to assist the Workshop Management, work as part of an established busy team who are passionate about the machinery we support, and strive to deliver outstanding customer service to the area we cover. The successful person would be instrumental in helping to ensure that we maintain our high level of customer support, reach targets set and contribute to the profitability and effectiveness of the service department. You will need to be punctual, reliable, organised and IT proficient. Some sales experience would be a benefit but not essential.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Assisting the Workshop Management to ensure achievement of annual sales target and KPI’s
  • Manage customer accounts & credit
  • Optimising direct sales opportunities including extended warranties and service packages
  • Awareness of department financials and individual impact on those.
  • Maintaining & nurturing supplier relationships
  • Maintaining & nurturing existing & prospective customer relationships
  • Ensuring efficient and timely resolution of paperwork
  • Warranty submission for the depot
  • Workshop job invoicing, including warranties
  • Prepare quotes for insurance jobs, and invoice as per authorisation once repairs complete
  • Maintain loan / hire book records
  • Warranty registration of new tractor’s & machinery on online system once delivered to customer
  • Update workshop labour onto workshop management system and ensure engineer weekly hour summaries are submitted to Accounts on dates due for payroll
  • Keep track of Vehicle Maintenance Chart, book in van MOT’s
  • Liase with Administrator at Head Office to book technicians on training as required
  • Take workshop calls from customers and deal with in a professional & timely manner

Salary dependent on experience.

Experience in a Service or Parts department within a dealership environment is desirable.

Job Type: Part-time 30 hours per week flexible

Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year pro-rata, bonus scheme
